HEXAVALENT CHROMIUM
This program is a joint effort of the Construction Advancement Foundation of Northwest Indiana (CAF) and the Construction Employers Association of Cleveland (CEA).
This Grant program will offer an 8-hour Train the Trainer Program as well as a 4-hour Worker Program available in both English and Spanish.
Upon completion of the training the supervisors and managers will be able to recognize and prevent hazards associated with chromium (VI) and will be able to train workers in the recognition of the hazards of chromium (VI) and hazard avoidance to prevent exposures, injuries and fatalities. Both programs will focus on training to prevent the common exposures associated with the hazards of being exposed to chromium (VI) and preventing exposure.
