NOTE: The CAF Industry Fund form is to be used for payments on man hours worked by Operating Engineers & Teamsters.  All other crafts should be sent to and paid as directed in the union's labor agreement.

CARPENTERS:  .12 per man hour

CEMENT MASONS:  .12 per man hour

IRONWORKERS:  .12 per man hour

LABORERS (including ground maintenance work):  .12 per man hour

OPERATING ENGINEERS (building contract):   .12 per man hour

OPERATING ENGINEERS (heavy & highway contract):   .12 per man hour (effective June 1, 2010)

TEAMSTERS:  .12 per man hour 

TECHNICAL ENGINEERS:  .12 per man hour

NOTE: Effective November 1, 2004 work performed under the National Maintenance Agreement for Carpenters, Ironworkers, Laborers, Operating Engineers, Teamsters and Technical Engineers pay into the industry fund.
