Does the material or a specific process, operation, or activity does involving chromium include the application of pesticides regulated by the Environmental Protection Agency or another Federal government agency (e.g., the treatment of wood with preservatives) or portland cement.

RESPONSE
If it is the application of pesticides regulated by the Environmental Protection Agency or another Federal government agency (e.g., the treatment of wood with preservatives) or portland cement, stop the standard does not apply.

If it is NOT the application of pesticides regulated by the Environmental Protection Agency or another Federal government agency (e.g., the treatment of wood with preservatives) or portland cement, go to Step 3.
